    Xbox one is stuck applying update


    Hi,

    wondering if anyone can help or offer up any suggestions please. My xbox is stuck applying the latest update at 67% and isnt changing, i have left the console on and it ends up turning itself off through being on for so long. I have also tried turning it
    off at the mains and hard resetting, which resets the applying update but sticks again at 67%. I have no idea what to do to fix it.

    I am currently downloading the update onto my usp to try an offline update however im not too hopefull this will work. As its not the update download thats the problem but the xbox applying it.

    Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Stuck in green loading screen after April update

    Mine is stuck in applying update. I've tried the system tool but its stuck again in applying updates. Won't do reset either.

    Hello Andreas,

    You most likely are in need of a repair then. Since you did offline update a week ago and was having issues with that. You can go to
    device support, to see if in warranty and also set up a repair. You can also request a call from support to help set up
    a repair. Another option if you have a Microsoft store close to you, can take the console there and see what they can do.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Yes i had the same problem one week ago.I solved it with offline update after many attempts.Today i have the same problem,the update stucks at 58%.At troubleshotting page i dont have the option for offline update.
