xbox one is registered to another account

my main account got hacked and banned and it is registered with xbox preview program and I created a new account and signed up for the program and I got accepted but when I go to use the register preview app to register my xbox it says sorry your xbox
is registered with a different profile how do I unregister my old account I cant sign into it or go one the preview forums to ask them?

Xbox live account

Is there any chance of linking a xbox live account with another account that I'm currently using on the xbox. The account I'm using on the xbox currently is registered under a different email but when I try to switch the Microsoft account to the one I
want it says that email is currently registered to a different xbox live account ?
