    Hello. I've been experiencing this issue from last 4 hours. 1st it was not connecting xbox live when i tested my connnection it says everything is good. Then i resetted my console and then power cycled it didn't worked and i get this error when it starts

    “THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE UPDATE" NOW WHEN I TEST MY CONNECTION IT SAYS YOUR CONNECTION IS GOOD BUT THERE ARE SOME XBOX SERVICE ISSUES.
    Is it because Social and gaming service is currently down?

    Hey there Bedard69!

    That's odd that everything but the game store is showing for you. Since you first ran into this issue have you tried a full Xbox One power cycle? To power cycle your Xbox One, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds, until it shuts down, and then power
    it back on.

    Let us know if there's any change after that power cycle. If not, it may be worth

    Removing Your Xbox Live Profile     and then adding back.

    Hi have you tried again? The service status page said everything if okay at this time.

    Games will not play and most areas of the dashboard in the game area are just spinning.
