Xbox one is not projecting a screen

Hello guys, I have been having this issue for two days now, before the issue started appearing i used the method of starting it up in 640x480p and it was working fine, wasnt able to change the resolution back to 1440p, now even when i do the low res start up my xbox just doesnt want to show a screen at all. My tv is detecting a signal but it is saying (Unsupported Signal, Check your device output) So that means something is wrong with my xbox. I have also tried another console using that hdmi, and it was working fine, I also tried the cold boot bur nothing is working. If anyone has any idea on why this is happening and how it can be fixed please let me know. I am really bothered that I am not able to play any of my xbox games for no reason. This just happened after I updated my xbox to the latest update. Everything was going fine.

Thank you for your reply, in my statement i said I cannot access my xbox since i cannot see the screen, is there anyway i can reset it to factory settings without turning it on?

There was a brief article in the latest issue of XBOX WORLD with some of the tech blokes working on it demonstrating the ability for interactive holographic projections - one of them had a controller layout projected on his arm - imagine
having an in game map being projected on your wall, instead of being selected on screen, could be pretty sweet.

I know of no way to use WP apps on 360. The closest thing to running those apps on the Xbox One, that I'm aware of, would be to project your WP screen onto your Xbox One. But you're still running them on the WP; you only see your WP screen on your TV via
the Xbox One.

Actually a few years ago you could buy a projected keyboard based on this idea, though its not exactly cheap.
