Xbox One is not allowing me or my friends to get online.

Hello my friends recently got the Xbox One and I was wanting to play online and chat with them. But, when I tryed to sign into my Xbox account on the Xbox One. It said there were online internet issues and issues of that sort. I then tested my internet (It
was all good.), refreshed my router, and even unplugged to Xbox One to see if there was anything wrong with the wiring in the back etc. I then tryed again and got the same results. I am wondering (because this also happened to two of my friends who just got
the Xbox One) If Xbox was aware of this issue OR if Xbox was updating it's servers etc. It even said "This may be on our side" when I tryed to log in. I hope it works by tomorrow afternoon. Please reply with any advise or if the Xbox One team is aware of this
problem.

Connected but not

My Xbox one is not allowing me to use any online features. Such as Xbox live, or even seeing any online content. However when I go to setting n check network it says everything is good. What is going on?

 

Why is my Xbox not allowing me to spend my points

Can someone tell me why my xbox is not allowing me to spend my microsoft points. Also it is not allowing me to add friends and it also is not allowing me to buy points. What is going on. Please help as this is doing my nut in now.

Hello, there is currently an Xbox Live outage which is the most likely cause:

support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

Once that clears up, try again and it should all work.

At this point there's not much you can do but wait for the problems to be resolved on the Xbox Live side of things.
