xbox one is locked in the store position when switched on

xbox one is locked in the store position when switched on. controllers will go down thru the store but will not go back to home and just goes back to store every time.

Turn on your XBOX.

Turn on one of the Wheels. It will be locked into the Player one position.

Now turn on the second Wheel. This will also be locked into the Player one position.

What you want to do now is press the wireless sync button (the button which ties the wheel to the console) on the second Wheel and then press the wireless sync button on the 360 console.

The second Wheel should now be tied to the player 2 position.

Sounds like the controller is acting up. I would try to resync it and see if the bumpers or dpad are stuck.

If I switch to Switzerland store, would I be able to download it? I don't think it's on the Xbox live store yet which is maybe why it's locked? As I can buy the actual dvd from the store but I prefer to get only digital...
