Xbox One is just black screen, tried all resets but get with errors

Could you please try these steps

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in instant-on power mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Instant-on mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.

I cannot get into the settings at all. When I turn it on, the green xbox screen comes on for about 5 minutes then goes to a black screen. No error message. I cant even get into the menu to factory reset. I've tried tried what red car gamer suggested but
no luck.

I am currently getting this error if I turn on my Xbox. Tried factory resetting but it wont let me (from holding the buttons) if I press “okay” or whatever it was enough times it just goes to a black screen and doesn’t do anything

I've just tried to make a purchase on Assassins Creed IV Black Flag on Xbox One and all I'm getting is an error

..???

I have the same issue as as well! I tried the hard reset uninstalled and reinstalled the game now all in getting is the splash screen, followed by a black screen! All my other games work just fine though. This is so irritating!!
