    Thanks for the reply, but I dont think the controller should be like that. Because After rolling the dice a few times i got a controller a few weeks ago that didnt have this thumb stick issue happening, and before when I had the thumbstick issue with multiple
    controllers it was either in one or both the thumbsticks. It just doesn't seem like its meant to be like that instead you guys are saying that to cover the defect up. Nice going Microsoft going tomorrow to sell the console and go PS4, tired of getting the
    run around for a simple issue.

    Also before I sent the controller that came with my console off to get repaired, that controller didn't have no issues at all. This situation is stressing me out to the point I have become physically ill! I have OCD so little things like this get to me easily.
    The controller is poorly made and it needs to be acknowledged! STOP COVERING THE ISSUE UP!!!

    So I got my SECOND Xbox one controller from Microsoft. And this one has the same thumb stick issue! How hard is it to make a quality product!!! I am done with MS and done with their poorly made product, as per the support person's request in my forum post,
