Xbox One is downloading very slow?

So i just ran the test Network speed & statistics on my xbox one X it told me that i had a download speed 214.66 mbps and a upload speed 11.20 mbps Latency 32 but when i click to download eso or cod new update im geting between 6-15 mbps and i did run the
speed & statistics 3 times and 2 times on my pc to chick and they all were around the same

anyone know what you can do to fix it?

Hello, correct I agree with this statement. When everyone is on the server like that it will slow it down...sometimes even to a crawl. Just hang in there this is a very big download!!!

This happen to me as well. With all games and apps and I did soft reset as well.

to be fair it is probably the cod servers they will limit speeds because of the amount of gamers updating at the same time . And they have been some big downloads from them . 🤔

It could depend on the game you are downloading or playing? e.g. COD MW servers are always busy at an update due to eveyone updating at once. If this is the case unfortunately not much can be done

I would suggest taking a look at the Troubleshoot slow game or app downloads on Xbox One support page
and seeing if that helps you with your slow downloads.
