Xbox One is basically unplayable, seriously need help

Ever since the March update (I don't know if that's to blame) I can't load any games, it just has a black screen or stays at the title menu when I press A. With the few games I can enter, it takes a really long time to load up and all of my save data is
lost. I've already tried uninstalling and re-installing and I don't know what to do, My Xbox One is pretty much unplayable.

No Forge Maps? Come On, People!

"But seriously, especially with 343's newly made "Forge Island" there's no reason to complain".

1) The maps are SERIOUSLY UNATTRACTIVE.

2) It's clunky and awkward, especially if you constantly get 'generating lighting' or you're playing over the net.

3) Anything you create is basically unplayable in splitscreen.

Battlefield 4 lag after 12-13-13 update? What?

I have the same issue. This game is seriously unplayable at this point!! Sorry this isn't an answer but I need them as well.

 

Try power cycling the console. Press and hold the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds until the console turns off. Then unplug the power cord from the console for 30 seconds. After 30 plug it back in and power it up with the console power button.
After the system comes back see how it performs then.

 

If the above doesn't work, as much of a pain as it might be, try doing the Restore to Factory Settings option. If not than you might have to call support. =/ Good luck!

 

It has now come to the point where none of the accounts on my Xbox One can even sign in. Seems to be degrading.
