    so, yesterday i turned on my Xbox and it wouldn’t let me sign in..restarted it and that issue was fixed. that’s only the beginning. before you ask I’ve restarted more then twice and hard rebooted it more then twice as well. but, my Xbox won’t connect to the internet, and yes I’ve checked the connection, disconnected and reconnected, I’m on the internet, but it won’t connect. I pay for live, and redeemed a code for the game pass, yet, when I click those games on my account it says to make sure I’m on the account that uses those features. I am. It says to check the internet (because I can’t connect to live) i have checked, for that and updates. I can’t do anything that I used to except for play Minecraft offline… I don’t understand. Also I took my home account off thinking it was my account acting up, now my console won’t let me add a new account just loads and loads then kicks me back to the Home Screen. But the problem is if I want to do a factory reset…everything will be erased caused I don’t have a home account. Thought maybe it was Xbox servers, checked and it’s not. I don’t know what the exact problem is, I’m confused, angry, sad, spent hours yesterday trying to fix it then hours on the phone with my friends.

    Any help would be appreciated. I’ve tried everything except a factory reset because of the home account missing (my bad ig but I should be able to add my account back..) Seriously, I’m at a lost.

    I actually just decided to make a different account my home account so I could keep my apps and games then factory restarted it ! Now everything is back to normal and I’m so happy ! :) :) thank u for your support !!

    Hi Xxmcsquizzy, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Seems like you have indeed performed all the necessary steps, kindly try to use a different network connection such as a mobile hotspot just to check if it will work or not, also to validate if it's the console to the network connection.

    Hey ClosestLizard85! You may want to try a
    factory reset    , and if the behavior continues contact
    phone or chat     support to get your console repaired. Either way, please post back and let me know how it goes!
