XBOX One is a piece of junk

My son got XBOX One for Christmas and it has been one problem after another. I'm ready to throw the whole thing away. The latest issue is with Mine Craft. When he tries to log in, like he has a million times before, it keeps resetting and taking him back
to the log-in screen. Then after 2 or 3 times of trying to log in, it gives him an error code. Today it let him log in for a few minutes, and then froze up. This system was $400 and it has only worked about half the time. What a waste of money!

i would not buy the chrome one its a piece of junk my brother has one!!

^^ As the previous poster asked what have you tried? There are a number of troubleshooting steps that could possibly help with your issues if you haven't already tried them. Let us know.

 

I agree Xbox Ones are completely shady. I am constantly having problems with mine as well. I've been an Xbox supporter from the beginning but I am getting tired of throwing my money away and I am about to head to the competition.
