xbox one IR sensor location??

hooking up a control4 IR emitter to control my xbox. cant find where the sensor is located?

You can’t attach the emitter, Xbox is not a PC

You need to upgrade to a model with the receiver or purchase a Kinect

Just got regular xbox one, no kinect. Looking for where to attach the emitter to the console. Thanks!

Which Xbox? If it’s the original console it was in the Kinect

Hi there.

No there is not a direct way to un-sync the controller from the xbox as it uses the IR sensor. The only option you have is to perhaps put a piece of black tape of the sensor to stop it receiving from the remote. The sensor is located just to the right of
the eject button.

I mean the the IR sensor location itself on the console for use with a harmony remote when the IR blaster cables are attached to the console. I use the harmony to operate 3 devices on my system
