  1. Xbox One: Intuitive

Microsoft, I give you a lot of *** over this box you tricked me into buying, but I'm only trying to help.

    It's the little things.

When I double tap the home button to bring up snap, I obviously intend to use the controller to navigate. If I SAY 'Xbox snap" while in the middle of playing the game, what do you think I want to happen? I want to continue playing the game while using my
voice to control the snap functions... you know, multitasking... one of the principles this function is built around.

I'm no programmer, but I highly, HIGHLY doubt it is impossible to pull up snap with a voice command without swapping my controller away from the game. But I welcome a response explaining why I'm wrong on this.

I really don't want to believe that you guys simply didn't think about this, because to me, it feels like an obvious function to make this UI more intuitive. Unfortunately this is the latest of a handful of simple fixes I have noticed, but again, please
prove me wrong so I can stop thinking you guys just don't understand what a gamer wants.

    Until next time,

    Justin

    :)

  3. Xbox One was a brilliant Machine...Until My friend got one, then the faults began

Personally I would have preferred the Xbox One to have been a souped up Xbox 360, they had the gamer experience spot on with 360 and access to everything was easy and intuitive it just needed the next gen graphic capabilities adding.

    Xbox One: Intuitive

I agree the Xbox 1 Dashboard is not intuitive. Xbox 360 is, especially for kids and young peps. They should have a Dashboard tutorial link which shows you how to do everything, on the Xbox 1 Dashboard, from check messages, friends, using parties. I read
What is a Party on the Xbox 1 Dashboard. OMG the Dashboard came up with a result page and when I was reading through it, I felt like a was in a conversation with a 40 year old. Instead of simply say, "A Party is where a group of up to 8 people can be in a
chat party regardless of what games and apps you are playing". This sums up what Xbox Live Party does on Xbox 360. Just to let you know, Voice Commands are not 100% accurate, but there's ONE voice command my Xbox 1 ALWAYS gets right - "Xbox, Home". It does
look like they put a PC operating system on an Xbox console. It is Windows 8 styled.

    Old Dashboard :(

It was intuitive too, the new one's about allowing space for adverts.

They fix Xbox One first and put 360 to the side.

@Argontheos: I guess we shall see what it will be for the future :)

Having been with the Xbox brand for so long, I'm just going with my intuition. I would love for my intuition to be inaccurate!

Account Alias Flawed and Not intuitive

    Hello Shannon,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Yes, changing the alias of the account is not the same as Transferring the gamertag and content over to a new Microsoft account. At this time, there is no way to Transfer gamertags and content over to another
    account.

Accounts are supposed to be created with emails that belong to the Gamertag holder. I'm sorry to say that this cannot be changed by anyone here on the forums or by live support agents.

Note - creating your son a new account will be the same as them starting over again. There is no way to open a new account with current gamer ID tag as you stated, as that ID is attached to your account.

Also, please do not remove/delete your Hotmail from this account. Doing so would delete the email entirely.

    Thank you.
