Xbox one Internet and Controller disconnection

I got a brand new xbox one s all digital on christmas and My controller and internet will randomly drop their connection to the xbox and when it does my controller blinks so i tried resyncing the xbox and it doesnt start flashing i couldnt find anything
on the site that pretains to my issue and ive tried doing everything troubleshooting has told me to hopefully someone else knows how to fix my issue

When you connect your controller it disconnect you from the internet?

I tried 2 controllers. Both are disconnecting. And when they're both connected, I can see that they disconnect at the same time.

Well, when I don't have any controller connected the Internet is disconnected too. When I stay on the Wi-Fi / Internet page, it says "No connection" with or without a controller connected. The controller is disconnected with the Internet, even when I don't
have a Internet connection set up.

1st try to make sure controller is up-to-date, to do so click on this link and follow steps, https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/update-xbox-wireless-controller - After that UNPLUG POWER to ROUTER and CONSOLE for 2 mins,
now plug power to ROUTER back in and wait 2 more mins. Then plug power back in for CONSOLE - and now plug a Micro USB cable into Controller and to Console. Turn on console, sign in and now test, see if any change. If still issue - try to go to Network
Settings and re-enter WiFi settings, or try to wire a Ethernet cable into Console and Router and see if any change. If still issue - go to SETTINGS, then SYSTEM, then CONSOLE INFO and last CONSOLE RESET - Pick option to KEEP ALL GAMES AND APPS, then console
will restart. After the restart - do the SET UP and now test again.

Since you say Internet AND controller disconnect, it would be a good idea to check for wireless interference.

Both WiFi and controllers use the 2.4GHz wireless spectrum, which is used by a lot of other wireless devices (and even Microwave ovens).

So neighboring WiFis or baby monitors can interfere with your connection.

It might also be that the wireless chip in the console is faulty, when both stop working at the same time.

If you can rule out wireless interference by moving the console closer to the router and sitting closer to the console for testing purposes, you might have to send in your console for a warranty repair at

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to keep your controller connected to the console, and as it disconnects it will disconnect you from the network.

Have you linked your controller to your account before? If so, what can occur as far as the second issue being experienced
is that when the controller disconnects it will also sign you out.

Hello there.

Yes I linked my controller to my account, and the problem stays.

And, the Internet connection is disconnected with the controller, so, I can't play online and do Internet things.

The result of the support article was "Your controller needs to be replaced".

I can't pay for the repair now. It is so expansive. So, I will just play games on my PC. :\
