Discus and support xbox one integrated with A/V receiver in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I received a new xbox one, the previous one I was able to switch off my yamaha A/V receiver when I switched off the console, now I cannot find that...     I received a new xbox one, the previous one I was able to switch off my yamaha A/V receiver when I switched off the console, now I cannot find that option in my xbox (after software updates) how can I switch off my yamaha A/V receiver when I switch off my
    xbox one console.

    To answer your first question, I know there are some other people on here that are wanting to do the same as you and have all your devices connected to the receiver and the receiver connected to the X1. I'm sure it would work, but you won't be able to use
    voice to change inputs from what I've read and seen.

    As for the snap feature, it hasn't really been talked about whether you can adjust the ratio of the snap window or not, but I'm thinking it's going to be set to a specific ratio and that's it. Sorry I couldn't help more.

    Hydro Skillet - I understand that's how Kinect works. However, a thing called 'separation of concerns' would say that you don't design your system so that an optional component(Kinect) drives system things like A/V receiver. If Apple can do INPUT and volume
    through their little box, than MS can too.

    So let me get this straight... I have an A/V receiver, an Xbox 360, and a cable box. If I plug my cable box into an Xbox One, and then both the Xbox One AND my Xbox 360 into my A/V receiver and then my A/V receiver into my TV will I be able to turn my 360
    on as well as my A/V receiver and TV with a voice command? I know this was pretty much answered with the comment that it can perform as a universal remote.. I just wanted to be specific about my current setup.

    As there is no integrated mic on the S, you would have to wear the headset to change your channels.
