Xbox One Installation Stopped

So today i started installing Forza Horizon 2, it was fine until it reached 26% then i could hear the console quieting down and it said Installation Stopped i tried resuming but after about 30 seconds it says Installation stopped again, i have tried uninstalling
and reinstalling 3 times now and every time it has stopped at 26%, i have tried hard reset going offline, not selecting updates, selecting updates nothing works it just keeps doing the same thing. Would like some help please.

Two brand new games, neither will install from disc.

I'm having the same problem I bought far cry 4 for xbox one and it says installation started then it immediately changes to installation stopped

can you try (1)cancelling the download (2)Remove your profile from the console (3)go offline and then (4)perform a hard reset hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds and unplug everything connected to the console once everything is unplugged
wait 5 minutes plug everything back in and then re-download your profile go online (5)test your internet by going to detailed network statistics and see if your download speed is high / good and same with your upload speed and wireless strength.
