    Hi my xbox one would only download updates but would not download my games or apps kept saying installation stopped....I have hard reset it a couple of times but that did'nt work,I have since sold it as no one seemed to know what the problem was...but
    I would like to get another one soon....my ps4 has no issues at all with my connection...thank you for any help.
