Xbox one installation stopped

So about two months ago my xbox started not downloading my games. I would try and it would say installation stopped. It would downoad maybe to .1% and just stop. I called microsoft and looked on the internet and as much as I didnt want to but it was my
only choice I hard reset romoving everything because I was told by microsoft it would resolve my issue. Ive tried everything and no luck my internet is fine and its almost to the point that I smash this peice of trash and switch to ps4. I should mention I
sent it in about a year and a half ago with the same problem they gave me it back “fixed” and the bottom was all scratched and
[Mod Removed - Profanity] up and they sent my cord back seperate 12 days later. I need help and Ive tried everything plz someone help

My battlefield 4 installation seems stuck in a "stopped" loop

Keep getting the message popping up at the bottom.

 

Installation stopped !

Select/highlight the game in "my Games and apps" and press the menu button on the controller (3 lines) you should see the option to re-install and it should resume installing where you left off, when selected.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it sounds like games aren't installing on the console. What I recommend doing is

performing a power cycle on the Xbox one. Once a power cycle has been performed the next thing to do would be to

troubleshoot the installation of the games. I hope the information I provided was helpful in resolving the issue, please us know how it goes.

Ive done that like 30 times. Ive hard reset and it gettinf annoying how I have to pay for something I didnt even break

 

Hello Jeff,

Sorry for the issue with installing games. We recommend doing a
Soft factory reset, selecting keep games and apps. When you do this make sure you have two things:

1. Have a stable network connection
2. Make sure know email/password for all accounts on console. You will not lose information/save data when doing this.

I have done everthing you “specialist” keep telling me and nothings working. When I mean everything I mean hours of frustration to try and play. I havent played a game because I was told on the phone by a different microsoft assistant to hard reset and
it would fix everthing. Now im stuck with an xbox with nothing on it and I cant install anything. It goes to .1% and then “installation stopped” I miss playing my xbox and I dont know what the problem is. I sent it in before with the same problem and got it
back “fixed” and here I am. Microsoft can actually help or replace my xbox because It is a problem that you guys caused. I dont have a warrenty so I cant get it fixed without paying $150. I dont have that kinda money hangin so please can someone provide me
with an actual solution

If you have gone through the articles and the issue is still present. I suggest to try a different wired/wireless connection?

Please keep in mind that these are the minimum requirements in order for a game or app to have a “Certified” experience. The higher your connection speed, the better your experience will be.
