Xbox one - Installation stopped/error (April 2022)

Hello I know you have had this issue reported frequently before but I wanted to report this again. I am unable to install any games. This started sporadically mid February. It would say installation stopped half way through most downloads.

I have performed all tasks you have previously given to people with this issue. I have power cycled, I have factory reset my Xbox, I have cleared all game data off of my Xbox. I have also tried installing games through the Microsoft store. I have tried gamepass games and games j personally own.

I am able to download apps, such as the report a problem app.

My Xbox is an Xbox one original. It is attempting to download to an internal drive. There is no external drive. I have also ensured I am not enrolled in the insiders program as I am aware this can cause similar issues. I have also tried the DNS changes previously suggested in past complaints.

The console believes I have fully installed fallout 76. It tells me the game is fully installed when I look at the game in the game menu. However the game is not installed as can be seen in the download queue.

Automatic game updates and downloads have also been disabled as it is known to cause this issue. I have also tried it with this option enabled, which yielded no difference.

I have attempted roughly 70 seperate downloads, of which around 50 have been just fallout 76. The highest download amount has been 31.3%. No attempt to download past this point has succeeded.

I will attach screenshots of all my issues in this post. I have also ordered an external hard drive online.

Yes the issue is still persistent and impacts every game and download. There isn't much you can do individually due to the nature of this issue, but the issue should be reported to the proper technical department for evaluation.

It's possibly an issue with Xbox memory detection during downloads as much as it may be an issue with the download itself.

You could test game installations on a external drive if you had one, to see if it's a problem with your Xbox internal storage, which could eligible you to a service request.

Update: After 48 hours of attempted installation I have succeeded in getting it to install past the previously stated 31.3% albeit with consistent interruptions. I am going to update this post with an update should the game succeed to download, with as many relevant details as possible.
