    Xbox One installation problems.


    I recently tried getting the game overcooked, but when I tried playing the game it doesn't show up in my games & apps. It doesn't show up in queue or ready to install or in games and apps. I then went to the microsoft store to see it say it was installed.
    I even tried to do the play option but it didn't. allow me too. I even went game hub to try and launch the game but it wouldn't allow me. I've made sure I was on the account of purchase, have every update available downloaded and even restarted the system
    multiple times. What should I do to fix this problem without losing any games?

    Xbox One installation problems.

    The first things to try would be to do a hard restart, sign out and back into your account, or remove and add your account back to your system. Let us know if that helps!

    Hi there OffsideApollo!

    Installing Forza 5 does take a long time! If you are downloading it, then it needs to stay connected to your network, otherwise it will pause and resume next time you sign in.

    It is normal for it to take this long, as it is a large install (nearly 40GB if I remember correctly).

    Rest assured, if you just leave it to install, it will do it's thing.

    Have you tried to reboot your router, this can be caused by a bad connection sometimes. I experience this when there are lots of people connected to my router, a tell tale sign is that it only installs the disc content but cant cant the needed content from
    online.
