Xbox one installation issues and having to reset console

I have been getting errors while installing games, mostly "installation stopped" no progress on bar, I just restarted console and now it says"something went wrong" This is a refurbished console from Game stop

I have tried everything in the recommended trouble shooting and it always ends up back to restart or trouble shoot, I have reset with games saved and without saving any, I have also done the offline update a few weeks ago when this happened and this time
it didnt work. What I have seen is that it all ends with the box needing repaired so tomorrow it goes back and I just keep on with the PS4 that I have NEVER had an issue with, I'm tired of all the updates and problems, I believe I am done. Thanks for trying

OK, Given everything you've stated in the posts, my nerd sense is telling me the hard drive is probably dying so that definitely will need a repair.

Have you tried restarting your router? Are you on a wired or wireless connection?
