    Xbox One Initial Startup Update Error


    I've just bought an original Xbox One and am currently in the middle of the initial setup. Every time I try to update the update downloads completely then when it is verifying the update I get a message saying that there was a problem with the update. The
    error code is 0x8B05000F 0x00000000 0x90060007.

    I have tried downloading multiple times and have already visited the xbox help resources. I can not seem to find a fix for this problem anywhere

    Hi there,

    The first thing to try here is a power cycle. Turn off the console, remove the power cable from it, wait 15 seconds and then turn it on again.

    If this does not work, please have a look at the
    startup troubleshooter.

    ANSWER: After fiddling around for a little while, I was able to bring up the screen to factory reset the console, which I did and that seemed to help because I was able to start the update. If anyone else has the same issue, that might be the fix to it.
