    I get to the part when it goes tell you about the power options. All that appears is the word 'Or' in the center of the screen. Nothing happens past that.

    Initial Start up

    I just got an original xbox one it is black. I have gone about starting the console with putting in my language and place in the world where I am located. The next step comes to a screen where it says "There was a problem with the update" I do not understand
    why this is happening and would like some answers.

    Its not been broken tho.. but it doesnt matter now. After spending over $1000 on consoles for them to do this after a year and no help on any of them im obviously wasting my time and yours.

    Hi. Did you send the console back for an exchange? If that doesn't work, try contacting Xbox official support for another AC adaptor. You might gotten a defected version.

    The reason it was sent back due to being tampered with, is the seal has been broken. You can try the troubleshooting

    Xbox wont turn on    . Make sure to try all steps.
