Xbox one in system error E102 loop

I have an original 500GB Xbox one. A few days ago I was playing Forza 6 and the game frooze. It was late so I turned off my xbox with a hard reset, because I couldn't go back to the dashboard and just pressing the power button didn't do anything.

Next day I got an E105 error. I followed the instructions onscreen, but that only changed the error to E102. I followed the instructions on xbox for troubleshooting this.

But when I get to the troubleshooting page and select to delete everything and go to the factory settings. It just says something went wrong and E102 at the bottom again. I do hear some sort of clicking sound, so it could be my hdd is fried. Any other methods
that I could try?

It started with an E105 error, I didn't write down the rest of the code. But it quickly changed to E102 10010C02 8B060007. And today when I tried the usb method (offline update) the error code changed to E101 00000503 8B060007.

Can you say the last code part?

If it is 8007045D, you have a big chance to HDD troubles

your console might be in need of service or replacement. If you would like to see how much a repair for this will cost if needed, you can always visit

customer support so that an agent can outline your service options directly.

When you get the chance, give that offline update a shot and let us know if that helped.

Should be around the same of the US (which is 115 USD) so you should know that will be around 115 Euros or the type of coin in your country (which includes repair and shipment). In Europe, I think they are repaired in Germany. For more info you can access

Gave the usb method a couple of tries but it didn't work. I immediately get the notification something went wrong and the error code E101 00000503 8B060007 .

With non of the methods for troubleshooting working and the clicking sound I believe is coming from the HDD. I am now 99.99% sure my harddrive is broken.

So I'll be sending it in for repairs.
