Xbox One in Narrator mode? (Preview Program)

My console is part of the preview program and I received the latest update with the new layout a couple of days ago.

After a game crash -- my Xbox is now in "narrator" mode, meaning it speaks out my navigation and the names of the icon's on the screen. I can enable/disable it by pressing down on the right stick. However, during game play where the right stick button
push is needed -- it gets turned on regardless and I can't avoid enabling it.

Not sure if this was an option without the preview update. Is there a way to turn it off permanently?

Sounds like you've enabled Narrator from the menu where you power the console off. If you open your NXOE app there is a quest to try narrator. Try running through that to turn it off. If you cannot turn off this feature I would re-posting in the Preview

how do I stop my xbox one to "talk" all the time?

None of those options exist, The narrator one did but was remove during the preview, the other just brings up the magnifier option.

Not sure why the narrator as started on your console though, I will do some checks.

That sound like an odd issue and not one that I've experienced so I cannot help, but you are better off posting in the preview forums for preview related issues so the right team can pick it up

I tried that. The forum says "group not found"... Hence why I posted here. If there is a way to get access to that -- I'd like to know
