Discus and support Xbox one in mainland China options in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I moved to mainland China from the US and brought my xbox one with me. What are my options?     Xbox one in mainland China options


    I moved to mainland China from the US and brought my xbox one with me. What are my options?

    I cannot connect to local Chinese servers here. Do you recommend I buy an xbox one for China mainland? I don't speak Chinese. If I buy from here, can I change language to English? Cheers!

    I have 4 kids... help.

    Xbox one in mainland China options

    Hey there,

    If you are now physically located in China, here's what we recommend doing:

    1. Change the region on your Xbox One console. If you would like to have text show up in English, be
      sure the language settings are set appropriately. Keep in mind that some text such as Dashboard tiles or the Xbox Store may still display Chinese.
    2. Migrate your Xbox Live account region to China through our
      Xbox Live Account Migration Tool      . Be sure to read over what will carry over before completing this process. Having your account region match the region you're physically located in helps us guarantee a more stable Xbox Live experience.

    I'm stuck at step one. There is no "China" location. Only Hong Kong or Singapore, none of which I reside in. I currently am in mainland China. How do I proceed?

    Thanks for giving that a shot. I was able to confirm that in order to change your console location to China, the Xbox One console language must be set to Chinese. I understand due to language that this isn't the best solution for you, which is why I would
    suggest leaving feedback on our
