For the past day now my xbox one won't display anything from xbox live (friends gamer pics, community images and certain icons in the xbox live store) I've tried hard reseting the xbox and reseting my Internet hub and nothing is working. Does anyone know
why this is happening and any fix? Thanks

    :)

    Custom Profile Image

    Hi,

I have a problem with my custom xbox profile image. Maybe someone can give me a tip.

When I select an image on XBox One, Xbox One X or XBox iOS App the image is uploaded without error message. All friends see my new image BUT on my own devices the new image is not shown. It works with predefined images on my devices BUT not with a custom
image. I've tried it with dozens images, all at least 1080x1080px. And as I said: My friends see the new custom picture. Any ideas?

    Andreas

Additional Info: I have a custom user image on my Microsoft Account. I want the same image on my XBox devices.

Try to make the cache erased. Put your finger on the console ignition for 10 seconds until it shuts off. Then wait another 30 and turn it on. It might work for you.

    Hey INsANiTYx1991

    We understand the issue!

Has there been an attempt to restart the console?

    The process should be

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Note Pressing the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Restart console.
    4. Select Yes to confirm
Give this a shot and let me know how it goes!

Got the same problem. I have a Sony Bravia. Once my X1 didnt work I thought It was my TV but my Xbox 360 worked perfectly on it. So then I took my X1 to my friends house and tried it on his TV which is an LG and it worked perfectly. We then we took his X1
to my place and tried his X1 on my Sony Bravia and it also worked. Im so frustrated right now!

    Hello Sco,

I checked my hdmi cable and was ok and tight, no loose, and I also very sure I connected my hdmi cable in the correct input. I played the console one hour without problems, after that, two hours later I switch on the console and no image on my tv. I didn't
    move the cosnole the cable.

    Thanks for answering.

    Hi Mister Cerb,

First of all thank for answer.

I tryed with diferents HDMI imputs, cables and TV, but the result is the same, no image. I also tried your steps but it doesn't work :(

Today I'll send the console to Microsoft. I hope the return me a new xbox one and not the same.

    Thanks.

Hey there Delios! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start off, I suggest giving these steps a shot:

    • Power the console on.
    • Wait ~1 minute until the console is booted up completely.
    • Press and hold the power button on your console for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off.
    • Leave the console off for 3 minutes.
    • Reverse the ends of the HDMI cable (take the end plugged into the TV and plug it into the console, and vice versa).
    • Power the console on again and see if you get an image.

If you still don't get an image, is there any way that you can try your console on a different HDMI input on your TV as well as a different TV altogether? If you can, that will let us know if the issue lies with the TV or not.

Let us know how that goes! We'll be standing by to hear back from you. ^_^
