    Xbox one i lost my clips that i took few months ago.


    I lost 3 clips i took few months ago and cant find those i have tried with win10 xbox app and smartglass on phone but there is no clips i just need help to find those.

    Canceled gold subscription - still paying money

    So I've canceled my subscription a few months ago and today I see I've lost 14€ in 2 days. First payment was at 7th September, the second one two days later. Both times I lost 6,99€. Seriously guys what's going on there? I haven't even turned my XBox on

    Upload app (recorded clips) no longer recording sound

    This started happening about a few weeks ago. Recorded clips no longer have sound... About 3wks ago everything was working fine. I know its not just me since my friend recently purchased an Xbox One a few days ago an his clips do not have sound either. I
    have a day one edition so this makes me believe a recent sound update wasn't fully tested.

    Any known fixes for this issue?

    Should be in upload studio, Did you save the clips that have gone missing.

    if you haven't saved the clips they'll be automatically deleted in a set amount of time. Sadly enough they cannot be recovered as well.

    Just attempt to recreate them (Only if you can)

    All my xbox captures are missing

    I'm am 100% sure that i did not delete them, since i took a 6ish month break. I checked the App and only the clips that were previously uploaded were saved. I took a clip around 20 days ago, and it is now also missing.

    Yep im on series X as well and have the exact same issues. For the first 2 months i had it there were no problems but i believe after an update a few months ago my clips began to lag/stutter. It ruins the point of recording a clip imo. Would be nice if ms would fix this.

    Thanks all for replies just an update i just got an email monday that my xbox was lost in transit lol took two months to know it was lost anyway the point is they sending me one :) but its not brand new one but still i just wanna play!
