Xbox One I cant play multiplayer because when i go on connection it says there is a problem on ...

When I go on fifa I can find a opponent but then I get disconnected when I check my connection it says my connection is ok but there is a problem on microsoft's side so I cant play multiplayer at all.

Xbox playing up?

So i go onto my xbox one today and it says i am not connected to xbox live so i click on "connect to xbox live" at the side of my screen it does nothing i try to message friends says i cant i try to go on store wont let me and when i go on subscriptions
and other things in the settings it says they are unavailable i have tested my connection and it says its good same with my multiplayer connection can someone give me a hand as i have looked every where and i haven't seen anything about this.

 

Connected to the internet but not to LIVE?

I cant because the router is wired up to my modem Wich is on one side of the house and my Xbox is on the other side. but the connection is usually fine. Now when I try to sign in it says after 20 seconds " a sign in error has occcured%

 

This happens to me for every game i try to play about once a week.. it says "were working on it." I'm really glad that I keep paying all this money for xbox live year after year when I can hardly use my service. Thinking about switching to Play Station.
