Xbox One how long until majority of people have made the switch?

most of my friends list is from COD players, most of which stayed on the 360, but most of which are upgrading for the nov release.

I do think after october will start to see an increase, xmas will be good as well.

 

I was wondering if Halo 5 would have been enough even, but then they had to go and force my hand with the MCC. I don't have one yet, but will be getting one now.

 

I just got one 3 weeks ago , and I allready think about selling it . The only reason to buy it was Forza 5 , which is an excellent game , but the one is a huge dissapointment for me . It's slow , the live is terrible , the party chat is horror , and I CAN'T
PLAY MY OWN MUSIC ON IT !!! In my point of wiev is a big step back from the 360 . I was happier with my first xbox in 2001 . That's a shame ...

I didn't want a multimedia center , I didn't want wach tv on it , all I wanted is a good next gen gaming console with amazing grafics and fast , stable live . I feel ripped off . Some of my friends also thinking about selling it allready and return to the
360 ...

 

That depends how long Microsoft and third party publishers will support Xbox 360,with updates and games.

So far until 2016.

Usually,it takes 2-3 years,after a new system been release...Depends on exclusives,too.

Ubisoft,is doing something new,one AC game for Xbox one and another one on Xbox 360.At least,isn't just a simple port,like we use to see.

 

Uh oh baldsteve and his friends are thinking of selling and going back to 360 that's it x1 is done. Wth? Ive had no issues with live or chat. Other than chat being alot better sound quality. Enjoy that old gcard that can't even handle dr3 a launch game
for x1. Games look 10x better on x1 than 360. Those that say otherwise have only played ghost.

 

When they are ready alot of my friends are still on the fence and are currently just happy with there Xbox 360 consoles. Most of them are waiting for more games to come out for the next gen systems. Two of my best mates are getting an Xbox One which is great.
But they are waiting for the perfect time either later on this year or next year.

 

Bald doesn't want a multi-media center....but he wants to play his own music on it....hmm, no contradiction there.

I would be the first to support you here, I loved having my own soundtracks playing in racers from way back, when I bought my first original Xbox, but selling the Xbox One to go back to 360 ? You lost most us willing to support the music part, as much as
I still love and play games like Halo on my 360, it's so slow, both in loading up and game play, in Halo 3 it's very slow, in Halo 4 it's tolerable, in Ninja Gaiden it;s as frantic as ever, but I could never abandon the One to go back to the 360 full time,
I doubt most gamers could.

 

Burnin , I was talking about listening music during a race in forza for example . which was available in forza 1 , 2 , 3 , and 4 .. Now You wanna tell me we are moving forward ... ? I agree with ewerybody who saying the graphics is amazing , but we payd
a lot of money for it . My biggest problem with the one , I spending as much time being angry with it then having fun . Sometimes it takes 30-40 min just to establish a simple party chat with 2 of my friends (not to mention when we are 5-6...) , controller
(which is excellent) turn off without any reason during online race . I hope nobody wanna tell me , start a party is faster on the one , then on the 360 ... Whatewer ... I'm just an unhappy costumer who was a big xbox fun for 13 years , gave a lot of money
for M$ , but who cares ...

 

And one more thing , me and my friends having live issues we never had before in the past 8 years . Where are the 400000 new servers they promised for us ? Maybe (just to save money on taxes) they put them in Ethiopia where is no internet and electricity
... ?
