    Xbox One Home


    So whenever I press a button on any of my controllers it doesn't register on my xbox home. I've hard resetted and I can tell its the xbox since all my controllers stopped working at the same time. What can I do to fix it? Also, this started last night.

    I've a problem.

    I've this february set my home in a "X" console. Then I had to reset mine and when I re-downloaded my account the system automatically set my console to home even if I didn't ask it to do it. Then I had to reset the "X" console to my home. So Xbox Live made
    me waste 2 of my 3 remaining home change. There is a way to get them back or i was *** from xbox live?

    OK after pressing the Xbox button to bring the guide up and without pressing any other button on the controller try pressing the A button twice and the console should then return to the homescreen. If the console does return to the homescreen then the console
    is behaving how it should.

    Sorry but you're limited to 3 per year. If you are hoping for more then your best bet would be to contact phone support and explain the situation to them.
