Xbox one home screen

ok so when I turn on my Xbox one Ijust see Launch on little letters and nothing else. I can go to my games and apps but I'm not online.. i go to settings and it kicks me to the main screen. I work for Xbox support I know the troubleshooting that' needs
to be done. Plugged to wall, restarted Xbox checked all the connections etc. Now when I do a reset (holding bind,eject,power) I have to do a complete reset deleting my games and apps so it can sometimes work. When it does work I have to install everything
then in a week same issue. It all started after the update on spring. My question is if anyone else has had this and what worked, I've exhausted all other options and It seems like I'm not the only one with this issue. And I just want to know before i toss
it And get a new one.

Ps4 or Xbox One Startup Animation

I never see that screen on the xbox one. I say Xbox On and by the time my TV comes on I'm at the home screen usually saying Xbox Watch Tv.

 

There's currently a service alert up - Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

factory resetting your console isn't resolving the issue, unfortunately it sounds like your console may be in need of repairs. You can initiate/explore that process via the
Online Service Center.
