Xbox One Home Screen Won't Load

When I turn on my Xbox One S, it will usually stay on the green screen with the logo for a few minutes before finally going to a blank screen. If I press the Xbox button on the controller, the side menu will come up, but the only thing that actually works
is settings. I've looked through the forums and found the answer to this to be to factory reset the console but when I go to do that, the console will try for maybe 30 seconds and then say "something went wrong" and it gives me system error: E102 10070C02
8B060008. I have tried resetting it eight times in the last few minutes just to get the same result every time. What else can I do?

Uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off and unplugged the xbox, and titanfall still won't get past the main load screen. Stays there for about 10 seconds, then back to the xbox one home screen.

I went through the steps and even bought a flash drive to try resetting it that way and still nothing. System error 102 continues to pop up.

Yes, now it won't load. It goes as far as meu screen and than it'll kick me back out to Xbox home screen
