xbox one home screen not working

    xbox one home screen not working


    my xbox one is starting up just like normal but once he homescreen pulls up i cant select anything without getting an error message or an infinite loading screen. its been about a week since it started. ive tried doing a power cycle and was going to factory
    reset it but i cant get to the settings screen to do that. any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated

    Home Screen not working

    My xbox starts up and load the home screen but all I can see is Sign In, Home, One Guide, Store, and the time. Nothing else. After a while it will pull up a black screen and say that the apps took too long to load. Then a few minutes later it will say the
    same thing about the home screen. I've tried hard resetting, unplugging the hdmi, and unplugging the brick from the console, the plug in, and itself. Nothing worked and I can't use my controller for any thing.

    This did not work for me, when i click sign in on the home screen it just takes me back to the home screen, also none of the other apps, features and etc are currently working; my xbox one s is not working at all, thinking about discarding it to the trash
    if no other method works

    See if this clears it up...

    go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
    it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
    but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

    If i connect the second controller first one stops working. It does this in all my games and on the xbox home screen.
