Xbox One home screen bug

Hi, so I bought the division today and went to install it on my external drive. After I started installing it my home screen wouldn't stop scrolling to the right, but I could still scroll up and down. The Xbox will scroll to the left if I move the d pad
but it will automatically scroll back to the right making my Xbox unusable. Can someone please tell me how I can fix it?

"Xbox Bing" doesn't search for programs withing the 4oD app.. and maybe others.

If I do a search using "Xbox Bing" from the Xbox One home screen, it won't return any hits from within the 4oD app (in the UK). I've read that this is supposed to work, so wondered if it was just a bug with this app, or Xbox Bing in general at the moment.

Hey mate,

It could be your controller playing up. Is the right bumper being held down at all? As that will cause the screen to scroll to the right. Try using a different controller and see if that works

Try pressing and holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until it completely shuts down. Then wait 15 seconds and power it back on and see if that resolves the issues. Hope this helps.

I'm having this issue too, I tried troubleshooting the Xbox but that just made everything like Xbox 360 graphics. After troubleshooting I still have a black screen. Please fix this : (

Same thing is happening to me but i when on twiter and xbox is aware of this, they working on fixing the problem
