Xbox One Home Page Will not show Apps or Pins?

When I turn my Xbox on it takes me immediately to my home page and after several minutes of loading it tells me that it is having trouble but it tells me not to worry because it might be a problem on their end. For my pins it tells me it's sorry but the
pins should be back soon. This has been a constant issue for almost a week now.

The strangest thing is I am still connected to Xbox Live and can still play multiplayer on any game I choose? So obviously Network Connection is not the cause. Any Ideas?

HBO Go, Netflix, Amazon prime not showing up in App Store.

Netflix does show up under the popular apps on the apps home page. Amazon Prime and HBO Go are still not showing up in search, popular apps, all apps, or new apps.

 

Games with gold help

How do you find or get to the free games with gold? I tried going to the xbox one store on the xbox, but it doesn't show the games for gold games. I tried using bing and saying games for gold, but it still doesn't show up. Where from the home page is are the games for gold... I cant seem to find it. It use to be on the home screen but is not anymore and I cant locate it. I am sure I am just missing it... can someone help as to where I can locate this app or page?

Have you tried removing your profile and re-downloading it?

 

Having the same issue. Just purchased my xbox one 2 days ago. Last night would not show pins or anything other than home screen. Connection is good, this experience is not.

 

That happened to me...I unplugged xbox and unplugged modem....waited a few minutes, everything came back..

 

Thanks for the feedback! I tried deleting my profile and it did not work. I did unplug my Xbox and Router for about an hour and now my stuff is back. Thanks Hazzardman!

 

This happens every couple of days to me. I do a reset and it's fixed. My question is why does it keep happening?

 

This happens to me as well. Doing a hard reset of the Xbox One (hold down the power button for 8 seconds) usually fixes it. However, very annoying!
