    XBox One Home Page Flickering


    Hello all,

    I'm having a flickering issue whenever I'm at the XBox homepage/guide screen and since it doesn't happen in game or in an app am assuming it is not a hardware (IE. HDMI cable issue) but a software issue. To better explain this, I was looking at all my friends
    avatars and whenever I would switch between them, the lower 20% of the screen would flicker at the top of the screen, the 20% consisting of the avatar's feet would flicker for a half second at the top of the screen. Also had instances where the entire screen
    would change to half snowscreen/half garbled image for a second or two. Again, this does not happen in game or in an app, and am just wondering if this is known and will be addressed in an update in the near future or if I should think about taking the console
    back.

    Battery Indicator is probably at the top of ALL our lists to add back in. Not sure why it was removed. Clock DOES exist on home screen, but only after "Xbox Go Home" in the bottom right for like 5 seconds. lol and ??? on the design choice there.

    You talk about going black but have flickering on Topic.

    There was an official Problem with HDR Flickering on that TVs and Xbox but that should be fixed a time ago
    The screen flickers when HDR or HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour is on in the TV, after a while of flickering it goes black, then the TV loses the signal from the Xbox. That's
    my problem.

    If I deactivate HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour, then there's no more flickering and no more black screen.

    Well it isn't fixed yet, I'm 100% sure I am on the latest firmware on both the LG C9 and the Xbox One X.
