Xbox One Home/Menus stuck going down.

When on home, in a menu, on in an app such as Netflix, (NOT INSIDE GAMES), my Xbox acts as if I'm pressing down on the stick on my controller. If I try to press up or to the side with my controller, it will move for a VERY split second, and then immediately
go back down. I know this isn't my controller, as I have changed it multiple times, and the problem becomes momentary fixed if I reset my xbox, but in the end, always ends up coming back. Again, I know this isn't my controller because there is never a problem
inside actual games. In summary, my xbox will always go to the bottom of the screen and doesn't allow me to go anywhere else because of it, even when I try to use my controller, it continues to act as if I'm pressing down. Any suggestions? Or others with the
same issue? I've had my xbox since around Christians and this started happening yesterday.

X Box ONE controllers analog stuck on "up"

Problem happens while playing games or in game menus.....players will go up when I am pushing down or wont react at all......while in some menus, the right analog stick is stuck going "up"...

This on multiple games.....

and on ALL THREE controllers I have tried.....wired and wireless.

HELP!!!

 

4k UHD Blu Ray Disc Not Working on Xbox One X

I had problems also with the Blu Ray's reproduction. At the begining, It did not works correctly but finally I can saw the movie (Planet Earth II). Only I tried twice... no more... I had fear...

Finally, in less than 6 hours and going back to the menus, the system fell down and the disc got stuck inside...

My Xbox One X (Project Scorpio edition) is now way to Germany... to the technical service...

 

Do you have a Kinect? Perhaps it is recognizing one of your hands and thinks you're attempting to scroll down.

You can check Settings>Kinect. I believe there may be an option for it to not recognize your gestures when you are watching a movie. You could also try covering up the camera or turning it off while watching a movie.

 

Nope, I don't have a Kinect. It also doesn't happen specifically with Nexflix. Netflix just was an example because it happens while using apps too, but not games. It affects the Xbox home/settings menus as well.

 

Ok, I know you said you don't think that it's the controller. However, are you able to try a second controller to see if that issue repeats itself?

 

Yes, I've tried it with multiple controllers. It is also fixed for 10 ish minutes if I reset my xbox, but not if I only turn it off and back on.
