    Xbox One Home Gold Confusion.


    So I have been reading that you only have to buy one gold member ship for the XBOX ONE and all users can use XBOX ONE features correct? But what about my family members who still want to play on the regular Xbox? Do I still have to pay for their gold
    membership? I am totally confusing myself! Please help I don't want to buy multiple Gold memberships If I don't have to now........

    I have an existing gold account that I used with my 360 but my wife only has the free account on her 360(never really needed gold for how she plays). Can someone explain the new gold home to me now that I have x1? I have her added as a family member on
    x1, I thought that her account could now enjoy the perks of my gold account? Is this only true if she is using the x1? Or should she be able to use gold perks(netflix mainly) on her 360? If this isn't how it works can someone explain it to me? Also, I know
    I can use my login on x1 and 360 at the same time but what about just using my login on all 3 consoles? Could both 360s be using the same login and work at the same time? Sorry if these questions sound stupid. Thanks for any help

    If they're playing on the 360 they have to have their own gold subscriptions. Gold sharing is only available on the One.

    If you get gold for one account and install that account on both xbox consoles, set one as 'home xbox' and share gold across two consoles. Its a bit confusing but it works.

    Hi there,

    In order for your wife, or any other users on your Xbox One to enjoy your gold benefits, you will need to designate the Xbox One console as your home console. Settings > My Games and Apps > My Home Xbox (bottom left side of the screen)

    As 24 has already mentioned, this is only works for the Xbox One. Anyone on a 360 will need their own gold subscription to enjoy gold benefits.

    Live will permit you to be logged into both 1 Xbox One and 1 Xbox 360 at the same time. If you log into a second of either console type, the system will automatically sign you out of the first console of that type you logged into.

    She would only have access to gold features on xbox one. You cannot login to the same account on multiple 360s
