Xbox One home button isn't working.

Every time I press the home button on my controller to get out of a game, or any app, it doesn't work. Holding down the home button to bring up the power down screen doesn't work either. Any time an onscreen keyboard comes on screen, I can't type anything,
and I have to restart my console to get rid of it.

my home button isn't working and giving me an error code that doesn't exist on the Xbox help the code is 0x90010108 can anyone help please

Xbox one controller home button not working

my xbox one controller home button isn't working, it isn't taking me home, nor can I shut the Xbox down. I can turn on the controller with the button so I know the button itself isn't broken. I have tried to fully shut down my xbox and turn it back on, but
that didn't work either, it was working fine a while ago. Help me please, thanks.

I have this problem too. When I play a game, I can't go back to the Xbox home screen. I have to power off and then restart. WTF????

Thank you for responding! I knew I was forgetting something when I made the list of things I've already tried! Yes, and every time I factory reset.
