    Xbox one home button is the 'a' button how to fix


    Whenever I press the 'a' button it goes home as well as pressing 'a'

    when I press 'a' it opens up the guide on the side and then I press and a again to close

    How can i make it so the home button opens up the home/guide and not 'a'

    hi today I went to play my Xbox i have a scuf one and I pressed the A button and it went to the home button how do I fix someone please help

    Xbox One won’t respond

    So I turn on my Xbox One to play some games and once I do, the Xbox logo starts flashing and the only button that responds (not even the power button) is the controller home button. I have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it. Please get back to
    me ASAP.

    Hi, first try resetting your console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Unplug it for a minute. Plug it back in and try again. See if it works properly.

    I am also having this issue with two different Xbox Ones and two different media remotes. Most likely a recent update has caused all of our remotes to stop working correctly.
