    Xbox one high Pitched Noise


    Hi! Its been a while now that my xbox one do the exact same sound as the video linked. Can somebody tell me what is it and is their a fix to it? The sound is not very loud but annoying as hell! Thanks

    Clicking noise?

    I have my Xbox One on Standby but I don't hear the clicking noise. I can only hear a high pitched fan noise coming form the power brick.

    Xbox one high Pitched Noise

    Hi titanboubou,

    Sorry your console is making noises. That sounds like a fan which could be due to a bad bearing, or could be due to dust in it. I would suggest using some compressed air duster to try to blow out the vents / fans. If that doesn't work your only option would
    be to have your console serviced using
    this link    , or just using the console with the added background noise.

    I don't think it's about the carpet either, for you. I just had it now, Google'd it and found this. It's never happened, only the first time for 2 years, and it's on a well ventilated area, on a wooden desk. So it may just be the actual Xbox. I'm going to
    do some more researching on this. I'll let you know if I find anything.

    The noise happens all the time the console is on, it's not a disc noise as I install every game before playing. And as I stated before I clean my xbox every week

    Lay it horizontally. It could be a bad fan. If its a fan you need it repaired
