    Its been a month now with no issues. Arris Dualband modem in bridge mode and Netgear N300 router up-to-date. The new router that I bought before had a compatibility issue with the Xbox, but this setup works fine. I took my Xbox out of the Preview Program
    and my Xbox is at the latest stable version.

    I know this post is two years old, but I wanted to clarify what fixed my problem for me in the interest of helping others.

    I requested a new modem from my ISP and purchased a new gaming Netgear router.

    And also I never got to personally thank everyone who tried to help me in this post.

    My ISP configured it for me in bridge mode.

    I am out of town at the moment so I look at the model number, if it helps with your search the router is called Netgear N300 Wi-Fi router with High Power 5dBi External Antennaes

    The only thing now that I can think of is to move the router away from your Xbox. Dont have it close.

    I gave up, this problem is directly tied to my neighborhood. My Xbox One console performs great on any other wifi network. There is construction nearby, they are messing around with the electricity, plumbing, and cabling. So hopefully when they are done
    this problem will be fixed, because this problem fixed itself on its own. In my case, I need to use routing mode because my modem cannot perform NAT or be used as a DHCP server. I'm not using a dual band modem/router anymore because it cost extra on my bill.
    Now it is in bridged mode connected to a separate router. Before you ask if that fixed my problem, no it didn't. But thanks for your continuous effort to help me with my problem.
