    1)Czech Republic, Pilsen

    2)Router TP-Link WR841N

    3)I have one Xbox One and one Xbox 360 connected to this router.

    4)Both wireless (i also checked wired)

    5)UPnP Enabled

    6)NAT OPEN

    7)ISP - UPC Ceska Republica, s.r.o.

    I have a huge problem with my Xbox One for about month (probably since small update from Microsoft in january...i think).

    The problem is Latency. Normally my Latency from Czech Republic to USA is about 180-190ms and this is fine. No matter if i measure ping on my Laptop, Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

    I could play games without any problems from sunrise to about 6PM. When i try connect to my friend, brother or anybody else after 6PM something strange is happening. My latency immediately increase from 180ms to 1000ms and more. The voice chat is broken and
    the lag in games like HALO is so big that everything is unplayable. The problem exist only on my Xbox One (friend and brother have low latency all the time). When i measure ping to USA in the same time on other devices (XBox 360, PC) everything is just fine,
    but not for Xbox One.

    My ISP said that the problem is on Microsoft site.

    Any advice please?

    P.S. I tried Google Public DNS but it doesn't help.

    P.S.2 Please forgive me for my English. I know it is not perfect Xbox One - High Latency for a month. ;)

    I will add only the information that at the time when I have a high Latency, I use Internet Explorer App on the Xbox One to measure ping at speedtest.net (to nearby servers) and get a perfect result.

    how does one get service or talk to a human regarding xbox. Tried all available online options and get nowhere.

    Wired connection on xbox 1 high latency in 90's. new modem DLspeeds 500mb. When playin on cloud on a mac same wired connection latency is 15-20. Xbox one is specifically were the latency is occurring. need help.

    "Certified" latency, that is, what is needed to run a game correctly via XBOX, by their own words, is supposed to be at 150 milliseconds or lower.

    @taidara ok I will try this and let you know. My isp is windstream. My device is the sagemcom 4320 single device modem and router all in one. Ive run basic connectivity tests but never while having the gm running. Ill let you know the results

    @TheHENCHMAN - When you measure your speed, between two endpoints (you as a client, against a well-known host machine), using your PC, by default, these tests are based on best ping.

    Now, when you do a smilier test, using your Xbox One, the DL/UL speed along with IP connectivity test (ping), to measure the round trip time (RTT) of data, sent from one endpoint to another and then back again, is tested against a host located in Seattle,
    WA (US).

    Do you understand what I'm trying to explain here?
