Xbox one hidden developer settings questions

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who came across these hidden developer settings when click the bumpers LB RB LT RT and they show up just like on android and iPhone phones but they might be different in settings and what exactly is the clear access
key i clicked on that and it restarted the console before and after i accidentally changed the sandbox ID and clicked on that clear access key when I got stuck in the sandbox mode cause I thought it was a way to reset the console but it restarted instead and
the sandbox ID name didn't change/reset until I resetted the console back to retail factory and I'm little bit concerned about getting banned just because of messing around with those hidden developer settings everything works as it should retail games apps
etc just the concern of getting banned or a possible damage to the console after guessing all those settings and resetting the console to factory retail after clicking on the clear access key not knowing what that option does

Well if it can do more than just gaming including the dev mode and finding those settings is one of those things it can do? And no one is actually aware of those hidden dev settings how i know that is i came across that setting and i too was unaware that
it existed on the console i just happened to press the LB RB LT RT sequence and they showed up as an extra setting and i didn't know the Xbox one could be used as a dev kit and those settings discovered years ago before the app and Microsoft was aware of the
discovery of the hidden dev settings feature and decided to make the official dev mode app as that setting didn't fully turned the Xbox one into a dev kit and could brick or boot loop the console I'm sorry i just don't understand how these consoles work or
what other features they have other than just gaming i trust Sony's PlayStation 4 because PS4 consoles don't have hidden developer settings or its features to get a PS4 dev kit you'll have apply to their developer program or sony account just like Windows
account and but they're handed out by Sony as a separate console and i mean a special console type because dev kits don't come with retail PS4 consoles like the Xbox one does

There's a hidden developer settings in the console info settings where you press those button combos the bumpers and triggers on the controller LB RB LT RT and they pop up i was told before that those were for developers only at the time before the activation
app was made public the hidden dev settings didn't actually fully activated dev mode here's the screenshot of those settings

LOL no there not as hidden as you think. Just as your phone some individuals are not aware. The xbox can actually do alot more than just gaming lol

If you're seeing the screenshot of those hidden developer settings then what exactly is the type violation of the terms that you mentioned earlier because I'm thinking that messing around with the sandbox ID in the developer settings is one of them violation
because supposedly these settings are hidden and only developers have access to them and how come those button combinations LB RB LT RT the bumpers and triggers on the controller would cause those settings to appear and how come also those combos weren't updated
and disabled to stop those combos from functioning and opening up those hidden developer settings?
