    Hi guys. First place sorry if this didn't is the right place to post. So i need your help with a question regarding xbox one. I bought mine a short time and a few weeks I started to notice that it is making noise when I leave it in standby mode I know it
    can make a noise because the hd stays on, but I wonder if it also makes noise when I use The option: complete shutdown, in my opinion should not make any noise.

    Hey there Matheus445,

    It's possible that the console is downloading an update to either the console or a game. What is your console set to when it comes to

    Power Modes    ? Instant on or Energy Saving mode?

    Yes changing the password would fix this problem the easiest place to do this at would be account.live.com

    Use xbox accessories app, troubleshoot your controller,

    If your controller is still in warranty and troubleshooting hasnt worked, i would put in a ticket with Support for a repair.

    If its out of warranty unfortunately its likely to be buying a new controller.
