    Hey so my Xbox menu won't pop up at all now when I press the Xbox button but it work be before I reinstall a game. Any ideas on what it could be?

    Xbox one help

    Hi

    Please press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds to carry out hard reset of the console once the console has shut down please restart the console and try again. Hopefully everything should now work.

    If you select store from the dashboard then select Browse all games the option to use a code is on the top right of the page.

    Use xbox accessories app, troubleshoot your controller,

    If your controller is still in warranty and troubleshooting hasnt worked, i would put in a ticket with Support for a repair.

    If its out of warranty unfortunately its likely to be buying a new controller.
