    I cannot find where to enter codes in. I have a pre-paid code and have no idea where to look. Everything else is easy to find for me so if anyone can help I would be very grateful.

    Hello

    If you select store from the dashboard then select Browse all games the option to use a code is on the top right of the page.

    Hi there,

    On the home screen go to store use RB scroll down to browse all games then at top of screen on far right is enter a code and click... Also if using kinect Say XBOX ENTER CODE will take you direct Xbox One Help :)

    Use xbox accessories app, troubleshoot your controller,

    If your controller is still in warranty and troubleshooting hasnt worked, i would put in a ticket with Support for a repair.

    If its out of warranty unfortunately its likely to be buying a new controller.
