XBOX ONE HELP FOR E102

I have relocated last year from Singapore to India. I have been following the instruction on Screen to fix the problem of E102, but its useless and waste of time. Looking for a contact (phone number/email) to talk and get the problem resolved. I have
not been able to locate a Proper Store or Email id or Contact number to talk or write. Call Center number (18001021100) is always on loop, no one picks up. Looking for information about contacting xbox repair center, OR contact number OR email id. I bought
xbox one in Aug2015 in Singapore.....................FEELING CHEATED & ROBBED.

just to be sure please see the steps for E102 on this trouble shooting page, it has all the steps to try regarding this error code:

If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page. When contacting Xbox Support use either the Phone option or the Microsoft Support Chat option on

Since you mentioned that you moved to India, this shows the support Phone number for India:

Thanks.... I could get through to the "call center" and now I have been advised to contact Singapore distributor from whom I had purchased. Will contact them tomorrow and will connect with call center again. Let see how and what help and support I get.
